I’m so happy I get to do this workout once more before finishing Insanity, it is most definitely my favourite workout out of all of them. I am so hiiiiigh on endorphins right now, this workout would have killed me a month ago and now I can get through it all with a massive smile on my face. I can’t believe there’s only 4 workouts left, I feel like I’m finishing a marathon or something, these have been the best 58 days of my life and I seriously can not wait to post my before/after insanity photos sdhbkuyvabfuyk

7 INSANITY WORKOUTS LEFT! aaaah I can’t believe it; I was thinking whilst doing the squat hooks about what I’m doing to do next and I’ve decided to repeat the whole 63 days again but I’ll be adding 20+ minutes of my own intervals at the end of month 1 because I think I’ll find them too short now I’ve done month 2. Another thing, when I was doing the switch kicks I caught sight of my calfs and omg, they are  so much musclier than what I remember, which is a good thing I guess. I think on round 2 of Insanity I’m going to concentrate on the leg workouts a lot more. Lastly I hate to say this, but I haven’t lost that much weight from day 1 to day 54; my body has obviously changed a lot but I do believe if my nutrition had been in line I would have changed a lot more so I’m going to spend the next week making a diet plan for round 2 of insanity, I’m so excited:}

I didn’t do Insane Abs this morning because I ran out of time but Max Cardio Conditioning was still good. I hadn’t done Insanity in 3 days so I was a bit out of practice but I managed to keep up 90% of the time and I was drenched in sweat when I finished so I can’t have done too bad. Can’t believe there’s only 10 days left, this time has gone so fast!

Finally got round to doing this workout, now I’m back in school it will be so much easier sticking to the calendar religiously. This is by far my favorite workout out of every single one, whether you’re doing insanity or not, I think everybody should try it. I drank a whole bottle of water and I was sweating so much I had to go and grab a towel and I managed to steam up the windows haha. I’ve been thinking about what to do after I finish insanity and I’ve decided to have a second round of it. I love it so much and I think if I tried the month 1 videos now I would be a lot better at them considering how much month 2 has ripped me apart. It’s my 3rd fit test tomorrow and then after that I only have one left aw:( I hope my not sticking to the calendar doesn’t affect my results dfunejkgbrsl

I think the combination of eating pretty bad over the weekend and missing 3 days of insanity really put a downer on this mornings workout. I wasn’t motivated, my endurance was down, my ab definition has gone downhill and I didn’t sweat or smile as much as I usually do once I finished Insanity. I think that’s one of the most important things with Insanity, you have to do it every day (apart from rest days) without breaks in between or it’s just not as effective as it should be. I’m feeling pretty bad right now but I’m not going to let it spoil the day. I still have befitin90, strength and pilates to do.

I know I’ve said over and over that Month 1 Plyometric Cardio Circuit will always be my favorite, I think I might have found a new favorite sdfdhbvaksud This mornings workout was amazing and I’m on such a high because of it. I think I kept up with about 95% of it and even out-lasted Tanya and Shaun T in some parts, woo! I really did love this workout, the ones with minimal brakes are always the best in my opinion.

Today’s workout went fine, the only thing that’s bothering me is my wrist strength; I find the power push-ups, side push-ups, squat push-ups, #3 drill and a couple other exercises really tough on my wrists because they’re just not strong enough:\ It is so lovely to see up on my insanity calendar that I’ve completely finished 6 WEEKS OF INSANITY; which means I have three weeks left! I’m going to start looking around for things to do after I’ve finished; I’m not sure if I should repeat it and concentrate on my form and endurance more or if I should look into something new. I was watching Insanity The Asylum last night, but I saw that you need a pull-up bar so now I’m not so sure. I was also thinking P90x but I can’t find the videos anywhere and I don’t have the money to buy it all shdbfdjfdbsh
