7 INSANITY WORKOUTS LEFT! aaaah I can’t believe it; I was thinking whilst doing the squat hooks about what I’m doing to do next and I’ve decided to repeat the whole 63 days again but I’ll be adding 20+ minutes of my own intervals at the end of month 1 because I think I’ll find them too short now I’ve done month 2. Another thing, when I was doing the switch kicks I caught sight of my calfs and omg, they are so much musclier than what I remember, which is a good thing I guess. I think on round 2 of Insanity I’m going to concentrate on the leg workouts a lot more. Lastly I hate to say this, but I haven’t lost that much weight from day 1 to day 54; my body has obviously changed a lot but I do believe if my nutrition had been in line I would have changed a lot more so I’m going to spend the next week making a diet plan for round 2 of insanity, I’m so excited:}
