I’m still aching from yesterdays plyometric curcuit and I did some pilates before bed so everywhere i hurting twice as much:( I did alright this morning, my arm strength isn’t too good so the V-Push Up’s and Moving Push-Ups were killers. I did do better than I did in my fit test on the Globe Jumps, it’s weird I’ve gotten so much more endurance in just 3 days. I might go and take a photo to show how much I’m sweating; at least it’s Cardio Recovery tomorrow, woo:}
